今日はぼくの大発明を紹介しまちゅ。ママがティッシュの空き箱を２つくれたので、ティッシュ箱シューズを作ってはいてみまちた。とってもおもちろいでちゅ。でもすぐにこわれてしまったので、１日しか遊べませんでちた。残念。

Today I will tell you about my invention. Mommy gave me 2 empty tissue boxes, so I made tissue box shoes. I am so funny (ed: and clever). They broke too soon and I was only able to play with them for one day.

今日は日本風に正座をして遊んでみまちた。まだ足が短いからちょっとつらいけど、半日本人としてがんばってみまちゅ。

Today I am practicing to sit like a Japanese person. My legs are still a little short so I can do it very well, but I will keep trying!

最近よくバケツやバスケットに入って遊んでるんだけど、今日はバケツから出られなくなってしまって泣いちゃいまちた。ママは「自分が悪いんでしょ？」なんて言うけど、僕は悲しかったから大泣きしてやりまちた。

I like climbing in my buckets and baskets. But today I climbed in my bucket and couldn’t get out. I cried a lot. Mommy said it was my fault, but I cried a lot so she knew how sad I was!!

今日は、最近のマイブームを教えちゃう。そ・れ・は・・・・・物を首にはさむこと！こ～んなふうに、いろんなものを首にはさむと楽しいんだ。一番の得意技はくつしたで、ほかには小さい絵本とかタオルとかおもちゃなんかもはさめるんだ。これ、楽しいよ。みんなもやってみてくだちゃい。

Today I will tell you my favourite thing. My favourite thing is….. to put stuff under my chin! I can hold many things with my chin. It is really fun. I put socks under my chin all the time, but I can also put other things like books, towels, and toys!! You should try.

でも…あんぱんまｎをはさむのははずかしかった。

Putting anpanman under my chin isn’t so fun.

東京に帰る日からかぜをひいてしまい、もう３回も病院に行ってきまちた。おねつが高いとママがおでこに「熱冷まシート」 を貼ってくれまちゅ。

ママは「熱冷まシートは大発明だ！」って熱弁をふるうけど、そうかなぁ？

みんなはどう思いまちゅか？

Since I came back to Tokyo, I’ve had a cold. I went to the doctor 3 times!!

Mommy puts a cold sheet on my face. She things they are great, but I don’t know. What do yo think?

今日は、自分で日記をかいてみることにしました。ぼくはもう１さい２かげちゅ。

こ～んなことができるようになりまちた。ママはぼくのことを「やんちゃ坊主」って呼ぶけど、

本当はもっともっとすごいこともできるんだぞぉ。

My diary

Today I decided to write my own diary. Now I am 1 year and 2 months old. I can do new things! Mommy calls me a troublemaker, but I can be much worse!!
