Noa had a seizure on Saturday.
I would write about it but I am sure I won’t forget it.
He’s doing good now…
We were all very worried about him and Hana and Kei missed him at home.

Heading back from my 2nd Half Marathon ever.
Pyongyang International Marathon in Pyongyang, North Korea. 🇰🇵
An incredible experience once again shared with my good friend and half marathon buddy Chris Houston.
I ran a solid 16km and was on track to do <2hrs 05mins and then cramped up. I completed the race the but had to walk/hobble the last few kms.
A very closed country with many challenges and hardships, but very kind and warm people who were so happy to meet people from abroad.
The best part was the interaction with the people from Pyongyang, old and young, as we raced and we got to share handshakes, high fives and some smiles.
